The Folklore Files is our little corner to GEEK OUT about mythology, legends, fables, ghost stories, and, you guessed it, folklore. We’ll explore these stories as readers, hunting for new meaning in old, forgotten places.

Join us as we embark on this new adventure. We’ll examine old texts, interview experts, find out how authors have “twisted” these tales, and dig deep into how we translate these stories into our modern lives.

But mostly, we’ll be reading lots of spooky, whimsy, foreign tales, and discussing them. Feel free to jump into the talks! We Valkyries love open chats!
